"After deciding we wanted to go with a costal theme in our family room, we stopped by Lainey's. We had been there a few times before, but never knew what we wanted. This time we knew what we wanted and had our measurements with us. We were greeted by a very nice lady, who we later found out was Lainey. She was kind, patient and so helpful. She helped us customize the perfect size sectional. We selected our fabric, arm style, seat depth, etc.
We received the call that our furniture was ready quite some time before their estimated time. The furniture was delivered by a couple of very nice guys. Everything went better than expected. We are thoroughly happy with our sectional. We love Lainey's."
